Welcome to The Space on Second, previously known as Wi Creative Studio. Nestled in the heart of downtown Kaukauna, our intimate event space and photo studio is here for your next photoshoot, workshop, celebration, or creation. The 1000+ square-foot space has northeast facing windows that provide beautiful diffused, natural light all day long. Rentals include access to the space including props/furniture, a private restroom, getting ready area, photo lighting, paper backdrops, and small kitchenette.

The golden rule is at the heart of the space. We strive to be the kind of studio we would want to rent ourselves – one where kindness, empathy, and mutual respect are above all else. All are welcome to use and love the space, with the expectation that care is taken. Whether you're looking for a place to host an event like a workshop or yoga class, celebrate a milestone or birthday, or capture the essence of your brand, we're here to bring your vision to life.

The warm and inviting space can accommodate gatherings of up to 40 guests. It's a loving backdrop for micro-weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, and more. Complete with a small kitchenette for food and drink needs.

A MEMBERSHIP FOR FREQUENT RENTERS — PERFECT FOR CREATIVES LIKE PHOTOGRAPHERS, VIDEOGRAPHERS, & CONTENT CREATORS.
ONE MONTH OF MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:
One hour of studio rental complimentary per month
Discounted studio rental fee (50% off)
Discounted tickets to events and classes
Access to all equipment, lights, and props

We are located at 127 E. Second Street Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

The entire space is 1000+ square feet. It’s comprised of a ~900 square foot open studio space and a ~200 square foot room in the back with a getting ready area and kitchenette. The Space can comfortably fit 30 people seated at tables and about 40-50 people standing for events.

Reserve your desired timeframe at our booking link here. Your booking includes 10 minutes before and 20 minutes after for setup and cleanup.

It is $45 per hour to reserve The Space on weekdays (Monday - Thursday) and $55 per hour on weekends (Friday - Sunday). The full space is yours during your reservation including furniture, decor, paper backdrops, two studio lights, private restroom, getting ready area, and kitchenette. Table and chair rentals are available at an add-on fee of $200.

The studio windows face northeast and have great diffused light all throughout the day. The morning and early afternoon are beautiful.

Well-behaved pets are allowed. Renter is completely responsible for their pet while in the studio and cleaning up after any pets.

Yes, you are able to bring food and drink into the studio. Food and drink is prohibited on the furniture.

Yes, we expect you to the leave The Space as you’ve found it. You are responsible for general cleanup (wiping up spills, sweeping up debris on the ground, placing garbage in garbage bin, cleaning used dishes, etc.) and takedown of decor. General cleaning supplies are available (vacuum, swiffer, towels, etc.). There will be a $150 cleaning fee applied if The Space is unkept. Alternatively, you can choose to add a cleaning fee to your reservation at the time of booking.

Yes. The Creative Club is the new membership available to frequent users of the studio (i.e. photographers, videographers, and content creators). The membership duration options are 3 month and 6 month.
